If im not confident in my handling and passing would a fast pace offense work best. my reasoning behind it would be so that it doesnt give the other team time to set up their zone. like a oush the ball or run n gun. what do you think?

Hmm, that's tough on the passing/handling. As far as I understand from Coach Parrot, and Josef Ka's analysis of how skills affect team ratings, faster paced offenses use more passing, and the slower paced offenses use more handling. So if you have better handling on most of your guys, low post could be a good choice. Of course passing skill is still important here, especially on PG.

Note though that Look Inside is also a faster paced offense, but is inside oriented. I wouldn't go RnG against 1-3-1, cause that's the worst choice, pitting the RnG outside oriented offense against the high perimeter defense of 1-3-1. Push the ball would be reasonable too

Low post might be you best choice, without seeing the rosters. If your team is superior, the you may go with push the ball. But you should improve your passing and driving, especially when trainning OD is so "fashion" today ;)
