Canada Purple Haze BC
make it MUCH better defense
as a starting PF in III, respectable not nearly enough
I'm at your level in your country
I have a 15, 2 x 12, and 2 x 10 ID big men
2 will train and get even better
that's what you're competing against
and there are a few teams better than mine at III

agree with Headless T Gunner, he is also too old to be starting big man on a div III team

Depends on the skill set Raven man
my starting PF until he got hurt 2 weeks ago is 33
and he was a starting 1st team all star
I like the overall skills route - cheaper on salary
finding Big men with Handling-drive-passing
too many trained too fast and not finished with big holes in their game

Since you're going to be moving down to Canada D4, I wouldn't keep/buy a single player on your roster with more than a $7-8000 salary. You should be able to promote easily with a low payroll just by managing gameshape and you'll increase your weekly profits that way.

But either way, wait until you see what division you're relegated into before you start shaping your roster. You might be in with 14-15 bots.
