Hello Senegal Community!
I am PH-Nz a Filipino Coach and a NT staff of our country and Currently in League III.7 in our very tough country. I have decided to be your U21 coach to boost and renovate this country like what we did in our country prior to last season. I didn't came here to sell the games from this country but to win every game with pride and honor even if its against my own country!
Things to do if i will be your U21 coach :
- to have an offsite forum where we can talk about our tactics and plans.
- to introduce to you a system to easily scout teams
- to follow weekly our youth (skill pops and game shape)
- to have a contest for the best manager that produce the best player on the U21 roster.
- to put great potential players on the roster who will be a BOT.
Our GOALS:
- to increase Senegal players talent with the participation of everyone in the community.
- to help Senegal community become more active, with news write-ups of each match in Senegal forums.
- to not be eliminated in the first round of the continental.
- to reach higher position in world ranking.
- to compliment the national team to have outstanding players.
- to be recognized as one the up and coming team that needs attention globally.
I believe that this community can see the hope in my help being offered.
