I would say that's a good plan for this season. If you have time at the end I would push passing. Next season you could continue passing along with 1v1 for forwards and ID.

The plan to get to 10/10 IS/ID is solid. After that, he could definitely use a bump in both PA and RB. Maybe try to get those both up to 8+? After that, I'd say he would look pretty good for U21 and you'd probably want to do some rounding out. Add in some DR, pump up both OD and ID a bit, maybe another point or two in JS and some more PA... It's mostly just giving your guy a skill set that fits into your team concept at that point.

Thanks guys. I will take that advice. I trained him OD last week without getting a pop so maybe he is close to popping there for when i decide to do it. I just think he can be a solid, unique type player. I know he will never be US team material because his potential will hold him back but I at least want to push for a U21 spot even if it is just 1 game.
