Sorry but I disagree with part of the previous post.

This diffenence between level 4 and 5 is about 8%. So depending on the of the trainee and whether you're doing 1 or 2 position training, you're not gaining nearly as much as a lot of people think. 1 1/2 to 2 pops a year would be expected under optimal conditions. (single position, young player). 1 pop a year or less if you're doing 2 position training with an older player.

I do agree with the previous poster that the price of upgrading from level 4 to 5 generally isn't worth it.

Definitely go with the new SF, who will help for probably 4-5 seasons (2-3 as a starter, then 2-3 as a back up when you promote) as opposed to a new trainer, who you will get for maybe 2 seasons before needing to get a new one..
