Interesting time to join the season has just ended and first game of the new season starts Saturday. Most teams start in div 4 but u have landed in div 3. Div 3 can be competitive so u probably won't win much this season but u can make more money then div 4. Best thing u can do this season is get your trainees worked out and learn different tactics and managing game shape. Then next season u can get more competitive.
