Look Inside doesn't mean that big men will shoot, but rather that everyone will try to drive inside. I'll bet your team doesn't have much driving. Try Low Post or Inside Isolation.

I don't mind losing games since I know it's going to happen but I do mind when this last one could've gone either way. I lost because for some reason the GE thought that my PG, SG and SF's should just rain misses the whole 4th quarter! When in actuality my bigs should've been backing down defenders or driving to the basket the entire game.

1. A Mediocre defense is horrible so I wouldn't really call it good(I know my overall ID was lower).
2. I will try that.
3. They have the best passing on my team by far.
4. Yes but it should mean they at least get more attempts to score INSIDE even if they'll miss.

By the way thanks for the reply Eagle.

My PF/C's all have driving ability actually but I guess not good enough for them to even attempt it.. If I were to obtain the median of their Driving ability in position then my PF's would have Proficient (9) and C's would have Average (6).

Also I've tried Low Post before and didn't like the shot selections either. If I were to run Inside Isolation would it cause more or a Patient offense result though? (One or Two people shooting the mass majority)

Sorry, I know that sucks. Like Prairie Dogs said, try LP or Isolation.
I just found out two things:
one- your team actually had great PA as a whole tonight
two: they played 2-3

Isolation, in theory, could allow your bigs to score the majority of your shots if they have the best IS in your team.

I'll echo what was said about Low Post - it'll be better in your specific situation if that's what you're looking for. LI is a faster-paced offense, and if there's a decent open shot, it'll usually get taken at the first opportunity. And the 2-3 means that there is a large likelihood of an outside shot being open. Low post is slower paced, and so the threshold to jack up an outside shot is harder to reach early in the shot clock; if you have a decent outside shooter, it'll still happen fairly often against a 2-3, but there will be more opportunities where it's dumped back down to the big men.

Also, and this isn't to you in particular, just a general observation - having good passing on your C and PF will often open up passes from big to big that can lead to high quality inside shots.

I thought that the 2-3 zone was buggy? Also to reference back to a team I played who had better ID running a 2-3 zone that I beat makes things weirder. Season 18, second game against PhL Azkals (Hawaii). The only difference between that game and this one is I ran CT instead of TIE this game and the defense I ran (Inside Box and One in the win).

I will definitely try Inside Isolation though.

Low Post would fair better than Inside Isolation?

So maybe I should work on passing a little on my big men in the near future?

I can't really speak to the inside isolation comparison, as I've never really run that.

As far as working on passing, I personally value passing / handling / driving/ OD on big men quite a bit. If you're training bigs and can improve their passing, it's definitely something to consider. Certainly you'll have an easier time trying to do it while you're in V as opposed to somehow trying to work that in at a higher level (though I know of at least one idiot that's trying it in III). ;)

Hahaha. I actually wish every single person in my line-up would be amazing in every single one of those categories but it's almost impossible to achieve if I want potent scorers inside as bigs. It's hard enough as is trying to get core PF/C skills high up before they get too old with the trainer level I have to work with (Advanced).

Oh well, we can all dream. :P

2-3 doesn't work very well against teams who have at least decent outside scoring.
