Second Team:
Kings XI Punjab II
Here's my view. 9 weeks of JS for
guards
, 3 weeks of passing for
PGs, 2 weeks of driving for forwards. He should look
something like this:
JS 11 JR 9
OD 13 HAN 12
DRI 11 PAS 12
IS 4 ID 3
REB 5 BLO 7
Salary around 30k.

so you think after 9 weeks he'll had 3 pops in js and he'll get 2 pops of Ha along with Dr ?

I didn't say that. Not after 9 JS weeks but after 14 weeks of training and I quote:

9 weeks of JS for guards, 3 weeks of passing for PGs, 2 weeks of driving for forwards.

so with your method, do you not get any trainee's? or do you have some and just play them in the position your training, reguardless of what their position actually is?

Yes. Your trainee can play "out of position". So if you train driving for forwards (that means positions SF and PF), then your trainee must get minimum of 48 minutes at those positions. Combinations are possible too, i.e. 34 min at SF and 20 mins at PF.
