Hopefully most of you know me by now, but just in case, I'm Ralph and I manage the Auckland Warriors in division II.3. I ran in the NT elections 2 seasons ago and got a staggering 6 votes (ok, it wasn't too much but i was impressed :P)!
I have full knowledge of all the U21 players as I run the database, the offsite and I have/had a U21 National and one that'll become a national very soon. Currently I have a training competition running on the forums and hopefully these players will be good enough soon.
My main goals for the next 2 seasons are:
- Make sure most high potential players are getting trained.
- Keep the database up-to-date.
- Beat Australia!!!!
- Get the offsite more active (this is probably going to be the most difficult).
