well, i see the forum is pretty much under sleep so i have a question for the other candidates.

1. malta is a small communitty with very limited number of potentioals players to play the U21 NT.
How do you as a manager will be able to find some new players.
2. the U21 NT is very much the base for players to be in the senior tean in 3-4 seassns from now.
what about thos players who will be 22 next season and will retire from the U21? how will this players will be able to be focus in tranining etc so they can be useful for the seniors 3-4 seassons from now?

and another thing as i post in my speech: il be happy to answer any question from anyone, espacially from the local community.

I will start searching all team 1 by 1. The best of them will be on u21.

hehe, if Malta ppl want to have a good national team, they have to train their national player. But there are a lot managers exept ""maltezians;"" that can train players..

my question is and you didnt really answer it.
who will focus this player you? the manager of the senior NT? or someone else.

I think after 21 years old its manager of the senior NT job but if he needs helpi will help him!

well i helped u-21 here in Greece. Greece has 5 categories. Malta has 3 so i think it wont be that difficult.

Hi. Thank you for your questions.

1. Malta is small country with small community and it is problem in draft. From draft isn`t so good player for U21 or NT. I will search player with potential 5+. If I don`t have so many player, I will take youger player with good potential.

2. I want be in contact with NT manager. If I will have some player with potential for NT, NT manager tell me what he should traner.
I prefer in start training primery skills.
