Your chances of promoting due to your record are very slim. The Only D.3 bots that you will benefit from are the ones that are not going to be relegating. Since the relegating teams would have been headed back down to D.4, instead they will go to D.5, and a lucky D.5 team will advance to D.4 because of this.
On a happier note, that means that any D.2 team that is bot (regardless of the fact if they are relegating or not) will provide another spot for D.IV teams to promote though.
