1. i used it once, and for me it get worse since you still see the replys to his post. And the discussion it causes. Also people who them ask what is it about, or mentioning that they blocked and want it to get explained by someone else. I am not a big fan of ignore features.
2. PER is most likely impossible, since imho you need a stable player base in a league to get good basic value. Player eff would be really nice.
3. I don't need the C, and i am against the proposed bonus.
