Then buy some allstars for up to 10k each, buy a Lvl4 trainer and start training. Your team will have a hard time promoting without trainees.

Tbh I just got thrown into D.III Im probably gonna demote to IV then proceed to build up my team. because theres little hope for my team this season to do anything

You can stay in the legue also with prospect and $$ being your priority, that's what GM-Perpete is trying to say.
