I guess not, because my Card is connected to Paypal but when I make the buy it says, that the card cant be used.

A lot of companies do not accept Amex as they have the highest fees for any card.

Well Paypal accepts Amex and BB accepts PayPal so i dont see how this doesnt work.

It accepts amex but might not accept gift cards as they're a special type of card. Here in europe we have the same kind of stuff and usually it doesn't work for online payments

A year ago I used an Amex gift card for pay pal to buy something off Ebay and it worked. It is possible that they have changed some things, but not sure.

I suggest you contact Paypal instead of Buzzerbeater, the problem lays with Paypal as they don't want to make the payment to BB :)
