agreed. In Division 4 you need more like 12-14 OD in any team. For example, let me use my SG, he has 13 OD. Which is probably enough to last around the league.


so train OD til 12-13 and then do passing, as Javi said above

I don't have a single guard over 9 OD and i'm surviving just fine.

you need to stop giving misinformation as to what it takes in D.IV tough. in maybe the most elite D.IV in existence right now might you need guards to be at an 11 combined average. 12+ is just better situating ones self to take on further opponents in D.3 who might actually be a few higher. The reason why you (tough) are having problems even with decent OD is the lack of all around talent in those players. you lack other important skills.

that being said, i would be rotating OD and PA for the foreseeable future. Getting both guards to at least a 10 would be of significant benefit to you going forward. If you do that, it's likely that the PG will be prolific or sensational (11/12), and even in a relatively tough league you'll be able to at least draw in those perimeter match-ups. If you have the talented veterans inside, then you'll be well on your way to being competitive in a harder D.4 league, and you'll win any softer one.

Assuming you have at least 3 more training this season, I would go OD OD OD just to get that bumped up first. Then i'd move into a rotation to get handling, passing, and driving all up to roughly 10 on both if you plan on keeping the SG.

Personally, i'd just keep one eye on the transfer market. Theres a good chance you can find someone who has missed half of the pops that the SG has for roughly 50-100k and at age 18 going into 19, and even better talent next season.
