It depends on how soon you are going to train ID and IS. Megyai needs both, Fingal needs just a bit of IS to be better suited.

If you remain in outside training, i'd keep Orav over Hamar as Hamar needs to move into some of his inside areas pretty soon if you are to eventually put him back at a PF type of player. If you do train up secondaries on your guards and eventually switch to inside, then i think Hamar can do far more for you long term.

Ok thanks for answer , my plan is to get one more level of passing on fingal and megyei before the end of the season each, and then i will look at how my draft goes as this could influence my decision whether to train inside or outside skills next season. Thanks for your insights

Sorry for stealing your thread, but I have a similar problem.

My team is too expensive for the league I'm in and I have a weekly loss of around 20k.
Which player should I get rid of? Should I wait for the next season to begin and see how much loss I'm gonna make every week?

1. Wacław Cesarczyk

Weekly salary: $ 160 781
Age: 23
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: mediocre
Driving: inept Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: stupendous Inside Def.: prodigious
Rebounding: prodigious Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: mediocre
Experience: inept

2. Adolfo Ramos Vela

Weekly salary: $ 12 568
Age: 21
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: strong ↑
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: sensational
Driving: sensational Passing: prolific
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: inept
Experience: pitiful

3. Rožle Remič

Weekly salary: $ 28 034
Age: 23
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: inept

Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: prolific
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: sensational
Driving: tremendous Passing: sensational
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: respectable

I'm leaning towards selling the first player, obviously, but my plan is to advance to the league II and he could really help me.

i think your strategy is wrong going to D.II with your lineup.

While one big talent can do work in D.III, having very little at two other positions means people can just beat on those guys and win games. I think going forward, splitting that 160k salary into 3 30k guys will get you much further.
