Sorry, stupid word limit haha

... and the players were getting better. I was involved with tactics discussion once again and Whitebeard chose to use a few of my suggestions for matches. Also did some scouting of opponents and potential players for us early in the season. I am pleased with how much I learnt in season 21 aswell, being so closely involed with our senior national team and a good one at that.

5. But that aint all I did this past season. Noticing the lack of talent coming through our to our U21 side I decided to create a federation with its primary focus being to help out our NTs talent. The idea in my head was hopefully no future U21 coach would have to deal with such a poorly talented roster (like unfortunately Leeroy had too), especially after the previous seasons success and competing at the world championships this season. Even if it just a small contribution by our fed, it would atleast be better than nothing. I spent a heck of amount of time trying to start up the Platypus Federation. I had to go out and find suitable coaches who were willing to buy into what I was hoping to achieve (still am). We have had about <20 coaches be apart of the federation and they can tell you how much I encourage grabbing Aussie trainees instead of foriegners. I have set up little things in the federatio aswell to help motivate our coaches to get Aussie players and trainees. I also try use the federation to introduce new Australian coaches to the game of BB and give them the opportunity to learn all the things I learned from my 'mentors' They are introduced to not only myself but other top Australian coaches happy to help and share all their experience. Idea behind this was that if we can help expand the Australian community, then the chances of more Australian players being trained up, and trained up properly will be increased and again helping with any lack of talent. It hasnt been easy though some coaches we try to help let us down and that can be really frustrating but then there are some coaches that grow and learn alot so its okay. Again im sure the platypus guys can back me up on this.

I think thats it, lol. But yeah hopefully you can see all the things that I have gone out of my way to do just to hopefully earn a chance to lead one of our NTs. All of this has taken a crap load of time but I think its has been extremely beneficial for me and the future of our NTs. People who knew me from the start as BBB would know I have had a high interest in our Australian sides all this time. I havent just got rejected and walked away. I have stuck with it and am proud of what I have done so far!

if this is in reference to ranga i will be disappointed.

Exceptional speech. I like your vigor and enthusiasm. Especially the part where you started up a federation called Platypus.

You definitely put yourself in the right position to be the leading candidate for the role. I'm just waiting til more speeches come out before I cast my vote.

Good luck BBB (buzzer beaters best) - you got long ways to go before you can be the best btw =P
