thank you very much..
are there some numbers or percentages? I would like to know if the JS training is equal in all positions and how much IS is trained.

are a lot of ppl training JS for Forwards or is it quicker to switch between JS for guards and then IS for C?

There's an offsite called the The BB Training Crowd-Sourcing Project where you can check the values and other analysys of stuff.

Check this topic (203921.1) for all the info and how to access it.

It would look something like this for the 19 year old 6'8" player

JS for guards: JS(49%) JR(14%) DR(6%) HA(5%)
JS for wingmen JS(52%) JR(16%) DR(8%) HA(4%)
JS For forwards JS(34%) IS(23%) JR(7%)

Percatentages are of what you would need for a full pop at that age

wow thank you very much. I guess i just discovered that I might get the best result if I only train 1on1 for forwards. that is kind of unexpected :)
