I would play that player at SF and play LI.he is a really good SF for LI and in div IV,he can the league's highest scorer playing at SF.
if you want him to score even more play LP.but for that the passing of every player must be good.

I would play him at SF offensively in an LI, and defensive switch him to PF, or play a zone defense if the rest of my team allowed it.

Sorry guys, I'm really late getting back to this. I've been in the middle of making a cross country move so I've been setting lineups and realized today that I forgot about my post. I've been playing BO all season and he's currently one of the best players in the league. I'm almost tempted to test out the LI offense against some of the weaker competition.

My understanding of LI is that the offense moves the ball around with the focus on moving the ball inside mostly by driving the lanes, right? I'll definitely give it a shot in the next few weak games I come across. I don't think I've ever really played any offense outside of BO, RNG, Motion, or OI, Inside Iso. I've played some LI, LP, and PTB over the years but never consistently enough to get a feel of the offensive flow.

The nice part about being light years better than your conference is the ability to test a few things out. Your talent level is high enough above just about everyone in your league where as long as you put out a remotely cogent lineup, you'll win. Try a few different things out for the rest of the season, and you'll find the most effective one possible.
