My name is Goran, aka BG Samuraj, and I manage team BG Samuraj (42761).

I'm looking for new challenges and I want to be the next South Africa National Team Manager.

Some facts about me:
* I play BB since season 3
* I was Srbija NT Manager for 2 seasons 11&12
* I was South Africa U-21 NT Manager for 2 seasons 14&15
(I won Africa U21 Championship Tournament -- Season 14,
in the tournament against much stronger opponents (13365))
* I was Japan NT Manager for 2 seasons 17&18
* I was Costa Rica NT Manager for 2 seasons 19&20
* I was Srbija League Champion seasons 11&17
* I was Srbija Tournament Champion seasons 10,12&13

I think my experience could help South Africa NT.

I am kingi44 announcing my candidacy for the Head Coach position for South Africa Internatioanl Team .
Here is what I will do:

-South Africa will begin an ambitious schedule of Scrimmages to prepare for the Tournament.

-scouting: i will scout every player in every league in South Africa , to find the best players in the country.

- i will search for players from South Africa that play in foreign leagues, it's very possible that we're missin some hidden gems abroad.

-the best players will make the South Africa NT List, and among them, the roster will be selected from time to time, based on condition, training and strategy.

-training: i will work with every owner of a player who's in the South Africa NT List or a select a new players and discuss training schedules for every player, in order to improve their strenght and hide their liabilities.

goals: my main goal will be to start to create the fundament of a competitive National Team

Hey this is James Johnson coach of the Virginia Tech Hokies.

I think the African region is a fun place to be a part of and I think South Africa has a ton of reasons to be good in this Region.

Reasons why this Job Attracts Me:

1st: This region is only mild when it comes to High Leveled Competition, so we can set the bar high in the African Championships. Feeding off of our success there can be contagious. I believe making it to the Semifinals or Finals in this region is always manageable.

2nd: With its rank so low right now, it is at point where it can only up from here. Its a fresh time for the country to get going and surpass some of the other lower ranked teams in its region.

3rd: Working in abundance. I think this Nation is a lot more abundant with Caring people compared to other Nations nearby. We have a lot to be optimistic about and we must not forget that.

I think that this Nation is on the rise right now and what this Nation needs is an admiring Coach. I have taken a look at your players and I see raw potential. While it is Raw I think I love what is offered here.

I think this country is fresh and the name of the Country South Africa rings well in my ears. Now it is time to put the pieces together and use this talent and to Believe.

Playing BB since S6.

South Africa U21 and NT scout in S11 and 12
South Africa U21 coach in S12 and S13: bronze medal in African cup, first won at World Cup qualifier.

South Africa U21 African champion in S14 leveraging scouting my team and I did.
Many players of current South Africa team come from that group.

Italy U21 coach in S18 (Euro bronze), S19 (World bronze), S20 (worst ever...), S21 (won consolation).
Counselor of Italy U21 coach S22 (Euro champion) after having introduced a new "Method" to defeat monster-Poland.

In S23 and S24 I will rebuild my team. A lot of boring time with my team, available time for a small NT as South Africa is. Ambition to relaunch NT as I did with U21.
