Hi everybody, i'm Alf_Pie, a coach of an italian 5th series team. This is my 2nd team in BB, because i had a team for almost 10 seasons. I brought it from 5th to 2rd, but i had to left. But now i make up my mind and join up BB again with a new team. Due to my game experience, i think i can be Ghana Nt coach.
My program is:

-First, try to create a good relationship with NT coach U21.

-create a database in which insert the best plalyer to manage their growing skills

-create a staff that can help me to follow trainers and trainees and help me in choosing match lineup and strategy.

I want to be honest, my objective is not win World Championship, but to improve world ranking and bring Ghana to high level.

I hope that you can sustain my candidacy and if you have any question i'm on hand on forum debate thread or, if you prefer, on private message.

I have read the candidature of the various individuals and frankly I am not impressed. I am compelled to add my name for consideration as NT coach.

I am Mahatma Kane Jeeves - I am presently in the Canadian Div II.2, where I have been for the last few seasons - my teams are perennially in contention and very competitive despite the fact that my arena is smaller than most - which I am presently addressing. I have been a member of BB since season 13 and all my teams have done well.

I make no grandiose promises of championship, nor of beating any of the top teams even in Africa - what I bring to the table is the following:
- I am driven and organized
- I am results oriented - which in this case means making the best with the available talent.
- I am consistent in my approach to scouting and tactics
- In BB - my strength is scouting the opposing teams and trying to exploit weaknesses.
If possible, I would recruit Ghanian managers to assist in managing and scouting as well as implementing a training guideline. - hopefully this will create a sense of belonging and pride, but I am also realistic that the community involvement may be just minimal.
