This is tough... but having an NT representative on your team helps. U21 players or NT players from other nations help a little, but if you could get an England NT guy on your team, it will produce a significant boost.
Very difficult in bigger nations tho'.

Home drafted guys help. My team brand new but all the original guys. Made almost 20k on 1st Monday... League average was 13-14k in my league

I have probs with merchandise cuz my team is all foreigner but it will slowly change if the draft doesn't let me down
