I personally think patient works pretty well against M2M and Look Inside always works

What is the best offense to beat Man to Man defense. I have tried Look Inside and had some pretty good results. I have also tried Princeton and had ok results. What is the best offense to score lots of points on people using man to man defense? Most of the people in my league use man to man defense.

To beat the man to man, you need to have matchups where your man is better than their man. If you have that situation at every position, any offense should do fine. If you only have one of those, especially if it's an outside player, playing patient can help get him the ball. If you're winning the matchups inside but not outside, you'd want to look inside, and likewise if you're winning outside matchups but overmatched in the paint, a motion or run and gun may be what's called for.

Princeton is an odd offense that can set you up to take advantage of non-standard skill distributions on your big men - if you have guys in the post who can shoot from outside, handle and pass the ball well, and have good driving, it can be very effective against teams with more traditional donkeys down low. But it's an offense that if you're not set up for it properly, you'll find a lot of low-percentage heaved threes late in the shotclock, plus turnovers by big men who can't get rid of the ball but don't have the outside game to shoot it.
