If you keep training him, one on one forwards might be a good choice. It will help his inside shot and jump shot and make him an even better ball handler.

Anyhow if I were in your shoes I'd probably sell him and build your arena up.

I''m not a particularly big fan of training players 23 years old and above unless they have a chance of making the national team or I'm doing team training so I'd say sell him and get a new trainee.

Sell it and buy an new SG who can make shoot inside.

So you'll have a player who could play SG /SF . To my mind with his potential, you can sell it for money. But , it's not interesting to train a young player if you haven't a good coach.

I'd keep training him. You bought him since season 21, so you spent almost 2 seasons on training him. Dont give him up!

Training for inside scoring / Centre or one-on-one / Forwards, until his inside shot become respectable.

+2 in OD, then switch to 1on1 for forwards till foreva.
