Tanking
THe tanking problem has been cut down but how about adding a draft lottery. That way it's completely random and fair. But the teams with lower records have a better % of getting top picks.

I don't know about other sport sims but the NBA has it and I think Euroleagues do. Also most players practice with legends to improve their game.

I didnt mean increase potentials,I meant increase the chances of getting a star-p. all-star.

Well it doesnt have to be a gm. Could be the other 14 teams in the league take a vote if it's fair.
