if nr. 3 beats nr. 2 and nr. 1 beats nr. 4.. where is the game gonne be next?

-> would be quite unfair if nr. 1 gets another shitloads of cash from another home game and nr. 3 who beat nr. 2 away must play another game away.. is is that how things work?

why should the number 1 team be punished to be the number one ... So if their are to superior teams in league, i would look to finish at third to come to the finals because i got homecourt in conference finals.

That's exactly how it works, and it's very fair.

Besides, a road team gets 1/3 of the ticket revenue.

Whoever has the best record in a given series gets home court, period.
