Thank you, but his potential is not that high, and player A has a higher potential but lesser in skills. Is that ok?

Contrary to EBW's advice I would personally take A, B or C, depending on whether you want to train a guard, small forward or bigman respectively. Their initial skills may end up being terrible, but potential always trumps initial skill in the long run. But if, for whatever reason, you want good starting skills on your draftee, then by all means pick D or F.

Generally I don't take any players that are below a B+ unless they have 5 potential because they have way too many holes and it is much easier to just buy a better draftee of the transfer list. With players D and E though, their skills are already set up really nicely and they have a 50/50 chance at having all star potential, which in my eyes is good enough to make a decent player and a quality backup. C ratings suck too much for my taste I suppose so he can do whatever he thinks will be best but an A+ all star potential draftee sounds much better to m.

Purely out of curiosity, player B might be interesting as well. Being listed at PF means his interior skills are probably fairly adequate, and having higher potential than the others will help in the long run.

He will be an awesome MVP, just 2' too tall, SG, with 1 or 2 atrocious big skills... LOL

Or, a ATG stud!
