Small Forward
Height - Between 6'3" & 6'9"
18yo min. - Allstar Potential (6); OD+ID=10, 50 Total Skill Points (w/o ST/FT)
21yo min. - 80 total skills, 9OD/ID, 6PS/IS
Sample plan for shorter players:
1. Alternate One on One (SF/PF) & Inside Scoring (C) until IS=8
2. Inside Defense (C) until ID=8
3. Rebounding (C/PF) until RB=8
4. Pressure (PG) until OD=9
5. Passing (PG) until PA=6
Jump Shot (SG/SF) until JS=10
Sample plan for taller players:
One on One (SF/PF) until HA+DR=17
Pressure (PG) until OD=9
Passing (PG) until PA=6
Inside Scoring (C) until IS=9
Inside Defense (C) until IS=9
Rebounding (C/PF) until RB=8
Jump Shot (SG/SF) until JS=10
Inside Offense Small Forward
Height - Between 6'4" & 6'11"
18yo min. - Allstar Potential (6); OD+ID+IS+PA=20, 50 Total Skill Points (w/o ST/FT)
21yo min. - 9OD/ID, 6PS, 11IS
Sample plan for taller players:
1. One on One (SF/PF) until HA+DR=15
2. Pressure (PG) until OD=9
3. Passing (PG) until PA=6
4. Jump Shot (SG/SF) until JS=8
5. Inside Scoring (C) until IS=11
6. Inside Defense (C) until ID=9
7. Rebounding (C/PF) until RB=8
Sample plan for shorter players:
1. Alternate One on One (SF/PF) and Inside Scoring (C) until IS=10
2. Inside Defense (C) until ID=8
3. Rebounding (C/PF) until RB=8
4. Pressure (PG) until OD=9
5. Passing (PG) until PA=6
6. Jump Shot (SF/PF) until JS=8
He falls into either category. So just follow the guide depending on whether you want him to be an inside oriented SF or just a balanced SF.

Inside Offense Small Forward will be the way to go I guess. I may do OD to 9 first since he should hit 8 this next week. Passing is already 6.
I guess Ill do OD to 9, then 1V1 Forwards until HA+DR = 15, and then the rest of that list.
Is that whole list (1-7) achievable in 1 season of training?

Probably not. However you should follow this guide until you reach all the expectations on it because that was straight from the U21 training guide for the U21 National team, so that will set him up nicely for the team and make the manager happy.

I'm just telling you now, if you want him to be mostrous, finish the whole season training OD at 1 position. He will be an amazing SF or PF with that kinda OD

Just FYI, that is one of the highest total skill points I have ever seen on a rookie. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes the U21.
I don't think a level 6 trainer is needed though. To me its just not worth the cost. Superior is probably ideal in your situation. I guess it depends on how much you are paying him per week. If you paid a huge price to sign him you might as well keep him. If not, I'd suggest getting a lower salary superior trainer.
I would suggest a build similar to what Explosive Bubble Wrap with some minor changes:
12 7
12 13
15 10
10 12
12 9
This will make him a good all around defender, rebounder and shooter. You will need to limit his Jump Range Pops, by training one on one guards will help to get his jump shot up without increasing range. Also you will not need to train shot blocking.
I'd go one on one guards until 14 driving/11 jump shot. Then train passing to 8. Then train outside defense until 10. Then train inside shot to 9. Then train inside defense to 9. After that just judge where you are in relation to the above. I would train rebounding last because it trains slowly.
If you get him to the above suggested levels you will be near cap range. He will be a great player but he will cap pretty early unfortunately. However, he'd be awesome for the U21.

If you are looking to max out Pops while still being salary efficient, you can squeeze out some more handling/driving. I think in your evaluation the ID/OD is most costly to add. Going 13 ID/OD might be better to add some more JS and RB. But I assume that is personal preference.
Overall I like your build suggestion

I like that Build Lawrenman. Although I do think 1v1 Forwards gets more bang for the buck than 1v1 Guards based on everything I have read. The fact I want to top JS at 12 or 13 makes it where I dont need that little edge from 1V1 Guards as much. Below is kind of what I was hoping for out of him. And I did take your advice and got a cheaper Superior Trainer because I was losing money with the Level 6 Trainer.
13 7
13 13
15 9
11 13
11 9
That should be achievable and that would make him very servicable through D5,D4, and D3 I would assume..

BTW here is my original trainee that I drafted my first season: 18 Per All
7 7
4 2
4 6
7 7
5 6
Now at 21:
9 7
7 7
9 7
9 9
6 7
+1 stamina 3 EXP
In total 22 Pops. But I was a bit clueless and trained him in things like PG Handling and such early.
So most of his pops have come from driving/handling. By the time your player is 21 I am guessing he will have around 90 skill points. Something like:
10 6
10 12
14 8
9 9
8 8
I wouldn't cut short one on one training, but you may want to stop at 13 driving in order to get more ID/OD pops in. Either way I think he has a good shot to get on the U21 as a multi-purpose PG/SG/SF type probably coming off the bench filling multiple roles.
