your Point Guard is a goner. Will never reach anything becuase his OD is so weak. I'd look into getter another player to replace him with at least star potential.

For this guy though he's decent, but nothing special i'm afraid to say. But he does have one thing to shine on for: he's a u21 candidate for basically nothing. you should try and improve him OD and PA and pump them up to sensational (12) and then move on to 1on1 Guards so it can improve his DR, HA, IS, and JS. Get all those up to about proficient or prominent and then you got yourself a decent D4 level player that could even help out the bench effectively in D3. And also *could* (depending on U21 competition in Ghana) bring you in some merchandise since he could be in the U21 squad.

this is all my opinion

6'5" SF = easier to build into an outside SF or guard of sorts.

9/5/5/6/6/8 2/6/3/4 4/3

Not really much to look at from inside skills, so i would probably focus on perimeter initially. With 11-12 weeks left, i'd try to get outside defense, driving, and inside shot up.
