Agreed, would spend more than 33 on these 3 if possible.

PF: 9 OD, 14 ID, 9 SB.
C: 7 OD, 16 ID, 10 SB

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

If you need more than 33 skill points you can use more. I'm just trying to get a feel for how much everyone values OD and SB for PFs and Cs. OD is salary-efficient, forces turnovers, and may prevent their matchup from getting the ball. SB could possibly alter more shots than we give it credit for and it can be effective against more than just the player's matchup because out could stop penetrating guards and the game changes have made it even more important.

Center: 20 ID 10 SB 3 OD

I think I would much rather have a center with 20 ID who can completely shut down the inside and then give my PF a lot of the OD load.

PF: 16 ID 8 SB 9 OD

15 ID, 11 OD, 7 SB.

For both PF and C.

I'm leaning more towards these numbers although with the increased emphasis on SB now in play I might give a few more of those ID skill points to SB.

I think a lot of the posts are giving the C far too many OD points. High OD is nice for a Center but with the way the question is asked here, it's clearly a luxury especially with most teams playing inside based offenses. You need to defend the inside shots not worry about an opposing Center hoisting up long jumpers.

I agree. Most people are setting it up as if there are a ton of motion and run and gun shooting centers in the league. I would rather take my chances with a big guy who just crushes down low. The PF is a bit more tricky, but even still, with the LI tactic still being overpowered and overused, I like my PF to have tons of ID as well.

I chose double digits for OD for both C and PF. And I'm not choosing that at all because of motion / R&G.
