I've tried using the Puffin browser on my Ipad, no luck. The Chrome app didn't work either.

Hi mate,
You have to drag each draft pick into the position that you want, there are no such buttons*. And this drag action is impossible on a smartphone (i've been trying and no way to do so).
You'll have to log in on another device (pc/laptop).

*Maybe this button thing you are talking about could been added in the suggestion forum. It should'nt be as much time expensive as developping a whole smartphone version of the game, and provide smartphone users a better experience of the game ...

I guess it is possible on puffin or photon browsers when mouse option is turned on.

Regarding the scouting and buttons, when do they enable combine/demo? Next economic update?

Well technically the allstar game is over right now, so I think it will have to be when everyone's allstar games process as other countries happen at different times.

The allstar game is tomorrow... and different leagues can process at different times, as shown in the allstar voting, which came earlier for some leagues than for others.

They really should change up the dragging option on the draft picks, it's far from ideal. Some arrows would be nice and also send to the top/bottom buttons maybe.

Most people don't really scout enough in order to have the need to be sending so many guys to the top or bottom.
