Doesn't dunk does lay-ups instead, only takes high percentage shots, doesn't shoot FG too often, passes only to wide open players, so when he gets ball typically takes more clock time. Doesn't get offensive rebounds because they get back on defense. Doesn't go for steals as often or blocks as often or commits fouls as often...
etc etc etc. can go on forever with this stuff.
Personally, I'd still rather see a "Speed/Agility" and "Strength/Power" stat. Some guys are just quicker, some guys are just stronger....
just have them be un-trainable stats... but give benefit to training stats that play to their strengths (small benefit) and difficulty to training away from their strength (small penalty). If you are lucky enough to have a guy good in both, bonus, if you have a guy in both, congratulations you drafted Greg Oden/Kwame Brown/Olowakandi/ insert other horrible #1 draft pick here.
