Things are quite unpredictable as to how things will play out this season on the Great 8 side as HALF of the division has changed from last season. The champion moved on and 3 teams relegated. So congrats to Thunder Gods, USA Elite, Dog River Riverdogs and BloodyEagles. Thunder Gods is an old rival of mine from when I coached Marine Corps Bulldogs, back in Div 4.28 from season 9 - 11 so hopefully we can keep the rivalry strong for this upcoming season. Our last game against one another was a game 3 finals match up that finished in Double OT. Good luck to everyone this year.

Glad to see you again! I hope I can stay competitive this season, I'm back in this meat grinder of a league after a 2 season dip back to DIII.

This isn't my first rodeo in II... in fact I have now been in all 4 leagues at this level. Has anyone else been so lucky/tormented?

Congrats to the first-timers and league winners.... and good luck to all in the new season.

And consolation wishes to Pappy over on the other side for a valiant year in the NBBA. He joins (probably) a long list of folks who made the leap for one glorious season. I can count the McMornings in that group. Also, he's my pappy, so gotta give him a shout out.

Well 10 wins in the NBBA is a strong performance so he may find his way back up soon enough.

LOL it's ok, Diego is a big baby anyway. There isn't even any swelling! but he keeps whimpering and hobbling around saying, "he kicked me I swear!". Whiny grown men! I tell ya!

This game can be a bit frustrating at times. I don't mind injuries, it's going to happen. But why is it that in any loss that I have suffered my team fouls at such a ridiculous rate. The Bruins shot an amazing 28 of 31 from the line. I wish the foul rate of a player wasn't hidden. I purposely made sure when I purchased each of my PG-SF that they had no history of more than 2 PF per game. Apparently they have ignored history so there is no real way to track if someone will be foul prone.
