Right now, his most glaring weaknesses are in Passing and Handling, and Jumpshot is less than what I'd like to see as well. Here's what I'd suggest.
-Take this season and train him 1-position on passing. It'll take a while, but bring him up to around Respectable passing. Trust me, it's worth it.
-Train 1v1 for Forwards until you bring Handling up to around Respectable as well, maybe Strong even, hopefully, this will do the same for Driving, if not put it to around Prominent, and in the process, Inside Shot and Jumpshot should both receive a pop or two a piece.
-Put him in a couple weeks of Jumpshot training; it doesn't have to be too much, but bring JS up to at least Average. If he gets this far from 1v1 training, you can skip this step.
-From there, I'd recommend Inside Defense until he caps, if there is space left. A couple pops on Shot Blocking to Average or so would be alright as well, but I don't value it as high as many other skills, and increasing it too much would be a waste if valuable skill points.
By the time you hit cap, he could realistically look like this..
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: average Handling: strong
Driving: prominent Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: wondrous
Rebounding: prominent Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: awful Free Throw: respectable
