Very nice. I recommend OD right now because with his height it will be slow to train as he gets older. Pump OD up to strong. Then get PA to at least proficient (if you like passing on your PF's). Then train 1 vs 1 forwards. Long story short, train his outside skills while he's young, it'll only get tougher.

For a Hall of Fame potential draftee, how good of a trainer is needed? I'm looking at the financial pros and cons, too.

Ive always used a lvl 4 trainer for my trainees because of the cost of buying a lvl 5 trainer. I managed to get a player into my NT team using only a lvl 4 trainer though so it works fine for me
