I am looking and seeing what I stated. I think maybe you should "look right". 4 out of those 6 are over 70 minutes for a week are they not?

Saucedo should definitely be in 7 GS if not 6 GS as he is averaging 80 minutes per week. The others, although a little bit better are still averaging 71 and 70 minutes per week. Am I missing something?

Unless you are training GS (Which is less effective this season), you cannot expect them to be in 8 GS+.

As I stated before, try to get them under 70 minutes a week. I still believe the sweet spot for the best GS is between 60-65.

My PF played 80 minutes and went to 9 from 7.

My PG played 60 minutes in 1st week and 61 minutes in 2nd week, was at 7 both weeks.

I don't train GS. And there are many more weird examples from my team and my opponents.

There is something fishy with GS this season...

It always takes some time to get them up high again at the start of the season, because they start at 7.0 and you don't have the benefit of having good weeks before the update on friday (because of the reset). Just be patient and keep managing it like you always do and stay under 80 minutes.

Oh btw yes something has changed, players with high stamina can handle more minutes in respect to their gameshape. So that means low stamina can handle less minutes, take that into account.

Keep in mind that Stamina and minutes played by players with higher stamina are also a factor this season so it may seem more unpredictable than normal. I notice nothing really fishy though.

First of all thanks for your answers i appreciate it.

But you are answering like im a newbie and im not.

@EBM:

If you need a player play between 60-65 minutes to increase GS all the players have to be in respectable GS all the season. We cannot calculate exactly the minutes in a week so 60-65 seems to be very narrow.
I play this game since season 3 and an average of 70 minutes its simply excellent for GS. Better than a 55 average for example. Now with the change of resistence and GS has to be better also.

@Perpete: I understand your answer and its what i thougt, but i ask here beacouse i saw you are making changes on GS as another user say in another answer, so maybe they change "this random effect".

Sorry for my english

Its 50-68. That's a hard deal to do, but the safest bet. start one game and then let them play the bench for 12-15 minutes.

I'm going to stop you right there. Looked at your roster and not a single player on your team is in 8+ GS, so I don't think you can really give advice on this topic. I think 50 is very low. Maybe 60-68. 50 minutes per week won't get you very high GS players.
