I'd train him as a SF to make the most of his potential (which isn't very high) and his height. He's too tall for a guard since the outside training will be slow. You can train him either at Center for ID or IS (I'd do inside defense first) or at PG for OD or PA (I'd do OD first). When he gets not enough minutes or it's a 2 game week, you can do 1v1 if you train him at PG or REB if you train him at C.
