I'd definately go Group Demonstration. The combine was used to filter the (almost exclusively useless) 19yo draftees so you can save points by not scouting those, but now that they've upgraded those so they are now viable draftee's too. Therefore you probably won't filter useless draftees with the combine, while still needing to scout and interview the them.
