The German version doesn't have them yet. We'll have to wait. Here's what it says.

Potential:While all players can imporove their skills with training, not all have the ability to become superstars. Potential acts as a soft cap on player skill. When the player's skills reach the maximum their potential will allow, their training will slow down considerably, but will not become zero. All players active before season 5 have a potential rating of "allstar". Potential is described using the following terms, in order from worst to best:

announcer
bench warmer
role player
6th man
starter
star
allstar
perennial allstar
superstar
MVP
hall of famer
all-time great

What I don't see anywhere, is how do you know a player gas reached the maximum of his training potential. Any news on that?

I have found this page, but as far as I can see it is nothing said about:

what is biggest skill, which player can have ?

at what skills level is training slowed down for a "All star" Potential" etc.

edit: I have my own theory on this, but I wonder if Kuki is right and BBs have stated something about it somewhere

I would like to have seen potential be hidden until the player has been put on the Transfer List.

vječna dilema, da li je bolje zabiti koš više ili primiti koš manje?

+1

i really would like to learn more about that.

By the way, I think every potential will have his own maximum skill...but does this mean that a "hall o famer" can reach the last level possible in all his skills or just for one ?

Is the limit made by a kind of skills count ?

I think this will be something for the community to find out for themselves. The BB's will not hand us everything on a plate

Of course, but I mean if we have no way to know when a player cannot evolve anymore, it will be hard to guess it :(

At least, I hope the coach will inform us about that, or semething like that.

This is the lesser thing imho.
