Well, scrub is as close to bench warmer as hall of famer is to all-time great. The problem with mascot is the same as the one with announcer -- they are not really basketball-related. At least not where skills are concerned, that's why I find them out of place.

I see where you're coming from, but my argument is that where potential == 0, the description should reflect that this player has no potential as a player. Having the description refer to a person involved with basketball, but not someone who plays (e.g. "mascot", "announcer"), communicates exactly that.

The thing is we don't know whether this is potential == 0, or how low the potential is for this level to boot. I understand where your logic is, the problem is that neither mascot nor announcer are necessarily related to the complete absence of basketball skills.

but did you know that he doesn't have potential, i think he got pretty limited potential but i'm sure that we see a lotof them playing, and i hope he could also learn something ;)

But if make them to loosers in discriktion, this will kill the prices even if the owner don't want to train him.

Well, it definitely is 0 in the list of denominations... if you hover over "allstar" it says 6... counting back to "announcer" is 0. But you're right, that doesn't necessarily mean that there is no potential... although I strongly suspect that this level means that the player is soft-capped at their birth skills.

Otherwise, I don't think there's much point in you and I trying to convince each other on this point. Anyone else?

Yup. It's not a major point either.

But it is interesting what you just pointed out. Atrocious factors out to be 1in the other set of denominations, I wonder why
