You're forced to. But you're not forced to pay for draft points. You could win the lottery and draft a high potential 18 YO, and make a lot of money so I'm glad I'm forced to go

You never know, I got a 18 YO MVP who I ended up training well until he was 19 and made a nice profit on my second team.

But it's uncommon for sure

This year I got an 18 yo power forward with really good inside stats. He is 6'11", so I will probably make him center, and he has mvp potential.

Is he going to make you 1 mill? thats not impressive I know people whom made over 500 thousand to 1mill on a young trainee they probably tank for it idk

It ultimately depends on the training. I listed a HOF potential SF potential trainee, not sure if he will sell for 1m. If you want I can tell you.
