I'm sure such change will be indicated at the news section or at the rules page... they always do that.

or maybe BB can turn off the stat leaders at minor leagues... like league III ~ V... then you can see the stat leaders at league II ~ I... in this way, many players will play well in order to be in the div 2 or div 1 league. (...more reasons to be with the top class so to speak)

yeah but this changes would be ask for, from people who aren't play in the second leagues. Because i don't think its fair, and when they believe the same they come to the forum.
