Had a couple of expected issues during the offseason and a couple of late training updates but otherwise its been absolutely fine, no problems.

Sounds like your issue may not be to do with the site.

I also had the problem that I could not log in last week. I think the calculations were still running.

I've never had an issue setting my lineups.
I've seen the overall slowness and the other delays, like on box scores and tactic toggle, but lineup setting has always been okay for me.

I read awhile ago that this was an issue when a manager had an active bid whose deadline was to come in less than an hour as indicated by the clock widget. I don't know if this issue still exists, but knowing you as an active player shopper, this might be why it is happening to you seemingly more often than anyone else.

Active bids was making it impossible for some English guys to follow games as the Game Viewer would stop, go blank or had some other problem.

The log in problem I had was definitely not connected to that as I could not even get in the game in the first place.

I was online and logged in. The BB website stops responding. I try another 5 websites with the same browser in different tabs: all good. I try to log out and back in again: not working. It doesn't sound like a problem with my connection...then the announcement about the calculations running into the second week came out.
