All 18 and 19 year old draftees have been pulled using NTscout. Much easier to do this now before players get sold to other countries!

Scouting will now begin starting from highest potential to lowest.

Our pool of potential trainees is getting smaller and smaller. We have just 2 (two!) hall of famers in the entire 18 year old class. Just 5 (five!) MVPs. We need to train these guys or we just won't have competitive national teams anymore.

ForNT-scout, make sure that you dont lump too many leagues together or you will miss out on players.
League I and II together, rest have to be scouted separately
