This is what Rhyminsimon found in his data, as a % of regular training speed for a 18yo with a level 4/5 trainer:

18 100.0%
19 95.0%
20 88.0%
21 78.0%
22 70.0%
23 60.0%
24 51.0%
25 42.0%
26 35.0%
27 27.0%
28 21.0%
29 16.0%
30 11.0%
31 7.0%
32 5.0%

So a 22yo would train at 70% speed of how fast an 18yo would train with 2 position training.

I trained two youngsters since I drafted them: (34005162) and (35668242). I planned to train both until they capped (possibly around 24~25 years old).

This season, I picked up another two youngsters: (38103565) and (38103542).

As I always used one-position training, who would you suggest to give up?

Note: Oh my goodness, draft picks are coming soon after the playoff. Training headache ...
