Recently two South African managers were botified and so a lot of young players (10) have gone worldwide as I saved them from retirement, let's hope they will receive a good training !


Do you think that some of them could become great assets for our NTs in a few seasons?

Hello everyone, was told this is the place i could get help. so i have a question, i have bought 2/3 of the staff required but i haven't bought a trainer yet, i always get outbid. my question now is how important is a trainer to the increment of a player's skills? i trained my player with my 2k trainer and he still increased in OD. does my trainers level affect increment or it affects how fit my player will be or will prolong his carrer?
