More skills better for everything - that is quite clear, but I mean how does the tactic actually work - who gets loaded with the shots and what position is X factor. For ex. in my last game that I played princeton, I had pretty solid backcourt with very good JS/JR and overall pg skills and they took most of the shots and were best scorers, but on the flip side, my C that was the highest paid player with 175K took only 10 shots (also got fouled a lot, shot 5 times). Overall, he shot 15 shots, but still, I think that is not enough. In general, my pg/sg shot 48 shots (10FTs) and my PF/C - 31 shots with 10Fts also. My bigs were with 16 IS and my backcourt had 16> JS and 13> JR. So the difference in shots were 17, that I feel is too much when my bigs IS is 16. Of course that's just a single game but still, I think shot selection should have been more equal when both bigs and smalls were somewhat balanced in terms of their offense. (my sf was a non factor, just a backup player)

Yes, I was talking about my last game that I played Princeton. My bigs HA/DR/PA were 8/8/7 for PF and 7/7/5 for C. Not that great but considering the opponents players that should not have been a problem. I just think that when the tactic is considered more or less balanced ( I know its outside oriented, but it's still considered inside/outside tactic) 3 levels of difference is rating is just too much. 10 for outside offence and 7 for inside is a big difference considering that my backourt and frontcourt are pretty much even in offence.
Maybe Hrudey would like to share his experience here, if not I might ask him later. Thanks for reply though

Well, I know thats not a world level HA/DR but compared to my opponents bigs it should have benn enough. Anyways, thanks for giving advice. I'll wait a liitle to see if Hrudey will comment here, if not then I'll write him a mail.

I think Princeton is an inside/outside attack as in it runs the offense through the bigs too, but with a bigger focus on kicking it out to the open man for outside shots. Compare to the Orlando Magic when D12 was still there, they surrounded him with 3 point shooters so he had all the spacing he needed to operate.

Also, shots/FT's taken isn't the whole picture to find out how involved a player is in the offense. If the player gets an assist or TO he was also involved in the offense. Your bigs didn't have many assists, but maybe their passing wasn't high enough to immediately create an opportunity after their pass, but 1 extra pass was needed so the guard got the assists, while the big initiated the offense. If you look at our last NT game, our C didn't take many shots but had the most assists: (39126)
