I was thinking SF, what do you think would be best given his skill set?

Definitely looks like a SF to me. And I'll second the comment about FT/stamina, they shouldn't be that low at 24, all star week and playoffs are perfect for boosting those stats since you can't really manage minutes the same as a normal week.
