Take Coach Parrot and check what the training speed is for each training type. All skills trained as primary or secondary are affected by the so-called elastic effect.

So in your case 1v1 forwards: HA is affected by OD+DR, DR is affected HA+JS, IS is affected by ID+JS and JS is affected by JR+HA+DR. When I mean affected I mean that the skill which is affected by others trains much faster if those other skills are greater than the skill in question. What does it mean for your IS and JS training? It means that if your ID and JR are super low you're less likely to get a pop.

Let me go with an example with a lvl 4 coach and 19yo 190cm trainee:

Trainee 1: 7/1/7/6/6/6 7/1/5/5.
JS +0.12; HA +0.39; DR +0.48; IS +0.12 (total training +1.11)

Trainee 2: 1/7/7/6/6/6 1/7/5/5.
JS +0.30; HA +0.39; DR +0.36; IS +0.24 (total training +1.30)

You can see there is a massive difference due to elastic effect (+100% in secondary training in the second case). On top of this you need consider sublevels.

I forgot to ad that his other skills are also quite good (atleast 5). Only bad skill is shotblocking. He is very well balanced so i thought that even elastic effect cant explain this. I hope that in the future training will get better.

yes I made 2 extreme examples but most players should be between those 2 margins which means around 5-6 weeks per pops barring crosstraining divine intervention

I just probably have to accept that the training was just slower than i hoped, no bugs. Here are my players skills if that helps to evaluate the elastic training:
JS=7 JR=6 OD=6 HND=10 DR=11 PA=8 IS=7 ID=7 RB=4 SB=1

Atleast im pretty certain i will get atleast 2 pops this friday

Supposing you had 4 sessions at 18yo and 1 at 19yo last week starting around 7/6/6 9/10/8 7/7/4/1 and that you use a lvl 4 coach, CP would give you this result:
8.09/6/6 10.68/11.46/8 7.94/7/4/1

If it was 3 weeks at 18yo and 1 at 19yo:
7.87/6/6 10.35/11.17/8 7.76/7/4/1

Either way it means you had low sublevels on both skills when you started this batch of 1v1 training. I agree it's highly likely you get a pop in both skills on Friday.

It was actually 5 weeks last season and 1 in this season. And IS popped last friday so it took 6 weeks. Now its week 7 for JS. I guess i will end up with high sublevels so it will be compensated the next time i train JS and IS and my trainer was level 5 if it effects calculations. Expectations were just too high.
