If you want to keep these guys, I'd Fox IS and dont do too much ID. Train IS until the superstar has 5 IS, then go with 1vs1 forwards until he has 7 IS. That should give them plenty of HA for the elastic effect on Passing and OD, so continue with those after 1vs1. High OD makes JR train faster, so go for that after OD. When JR training g is done train the skills to the final level of your preference and finish with JS training.
